We roast our own coffee in house using beans from around the world. We currently have 7 roasts that we offer in whole bean, ground, and k-cups. 

*Our Choo Choo Supremo is made from a Colombian bean. This medium/dark espresso roast has a hint of tart fruit flavor and finishes with a dark cocoa taste.

**Our DECAF Choo Choo Supremo has the same rich flavor as our caffeinated roast and is decaffeinated in Colombia using ethyl acetate(an organic compound derived from sugarcane) to remove 97% of the caffeine from coffee beans. The process tends to leave a pleasantly sugary flavor. 

*Our Mossy Creek Select Blend contains 9 different coffee beans in one roast. This medium/dark espresso roast blend packs a caffeine punch, has a rich flavor, and is our most popular blend.

*Our Conductor roast is made from a Mexican Chiapas organic bean. This roast has a slight nutty flavor, smells delicious, and finishes with a crisp taste.

*Our Brakeman roast uses a Brazilian bean native to the Sul de Minas region. We developed a unique profile that produces a coffee that has well-rounded acidity, good body, pleasant sweetness, good complexity, and nutty characteristics with hints of chocolate notes.

*Our Midnight Express roast is a unique blend of Central and South American Arabica beans. It presents notes of citrus, chocolate, and hints of golden raisin. The name reflects its high caffeine content and will appeal to those seeking an extra caffeine boost. 

*This is currently our strongest blend.

*Our Papachi roast (named by a loyal customer and friend) is made from beans native to Papua New Guinea. This dark espresso roast has a smooth flavor, earthy taste, and clean finish.
