Led by a 28‑year United States Navy veteran, his wife, and their family, we bring the same discipline, integrity, and attention to detail to every batch we roast. Together, we craft coffees with depth, balance, and character — blends that reflect our values, our story, and the place we proudly call home.

All of our coffee is roasted in‑house using carefully sourced beans from renowned growing regions around the world. We currently offer 15 distinctive roasts, each crafted with the same dedication and attention to detail that defines Mossy Creek. Every roast is available in whole bean, ground, and convenient K‑Cup formats, so you can enjoy our coffee however you brew.
